Last Rose

Francois Monin won the Geranium Gin Cocktail Competition in 2010 at the “Blanch House” in Brighton with this beautiful cocktail.

5 cl. Geranium Gin
1 cl. Monin Rose Syrup
1,5 cl. lemon juice
2 cl. pomegranate juice
1 dash of Peychard Bitter
2 pinches of fresh lavender

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with rose petals and lavender.
