Tonic Water

Pour Geranium Gin into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, insert a spoon and let the tonic run down the side of the spoon to mix the two fluids evenly and maintain most fizz possible. Squeeze a small piece of pink grape fruit peel into the drink and use for garnish.
